Diabetes is a chronic disease that occurs when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin or when the body does not use the insulin it produces correctly. "Insulin is a hormone that regulates the quantity and concentration of sugar in the blood and in the body. The blood sugar level for a healthy person is between 70 mg/dl and 110 mg/dl, but only a test can determine whether a person has diabetes. Symptoms: frequent urination, prolonged thirst, likes to drink sugary water, tiredness, prolonged itching of the body...
