“Vitamins” are the elements that are found and provided by natural foods that the body needs for its functioning. There are ten (10) kinds of "vitamins" which can be classified into two (02): water-soluble containing B1, B2, B6, B12, B, C; and fat-soluble contains A, D, E, K. Causes of Vitamin Deficiency or "Avitaminosis": First, the food itself may be devoid of vitamins; secondly, in the preparation of food, there is something that is not respected and that destroys the vitamins it brings; third, loss of vitamins or non-absorption by the body, due to lack of disease; fourth, the body's inability to balance its use of vitamins, due to other health problems.
