It is important for us to know that in us : God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. God the Father: through the spirit which is the inner strength. The Son in the heart where there is life, for he is the way, the truth and the life. The Holy Spirit is not separate from them as it is said "do you not know that you are the temple of God".
