Madagascar Chamber of Agriculture: update their status

The Madagascar Chamber of Agriculture held its ordinary annual meeting on 23 and 24 August 2023. Important points were discussed and approved during this period. It was decided at this meeting that they would apply to renew the Chamber's status as an Association Reconnue d'Utilité Public or ARUP. The fact that the Chamber of Agriculture is able to carry out the mission entrusted to it is the important explanation for what the participants said. All that was asked was for the financial independence of the system to be strengthened...

Peace before the elections

The Arrupe Madagascar centre is helping to mobilise people to ensure that peace reigns during the run-up to and holding of the island's elections. One way of achieving this is the Race for Peace and Security, on 24 September in Antananarivo, an event for all peace-loving citizens and individuals. At the end of its second General Assembly, held from 15 to 18 October 2024, the Episcopal Commission for Justice and Peace sent a message to government officials at all levels, as well as to all Malagasy and all people of goodwill.

Love and Salvation

Christmas is a great joy, because it is the love of God that has come to us, proclaims Fr. Bizimana Innocent, Provincial Superior of the Salesians Don Bosco of Madagascar and Mauritius, presenting his Christmas greetings. Salvation is accomplished, so life is not in danger of disappearing.
