Today, sin lies with those who do not listen to God's word. Many people don't care at all about God's existence. Older people are solutions: the ability to analyze is passed on. Pope Francis has accepted the renunciation of the pastoral government of the Diocese of Miarinarivo, presented by H.E. Mgr Jean Claude Randrianarisoa.
