Khat is widely used in Madagascar, as a chewable drug. There are many types of drugs, to name but a few: cocaine, cannabis, extasi, heroin, rôrô... Khat is a plant containing "cathinone", which acts as a stimulant for the body, making users feel excited or alert, giving them strength and energy, and not making them sleepy...
