If leaders do not sit down and respect the positions and responsibilities they should assume, i.e. they overstep their authority and oppress citizens, then citizens cannot refuse to do what is essential for the common good. i.e. what they consider to be good for pursuing the public good. Ranjato and his wife came from a poor family who persisted in teaching their children. Mr Ranjato and Ranoro did everything they could to send their daughter to study abroad. In communion there is true peace, and in peace there is absolute security.
Pope Francis has accepted the renunciation of the pastoral government of the Diocese of Miarinarivo, presented by H.E. Mgr Jean Claude Randrianarisoa. At the same time, the Supreme Pontiff has appointed H.E. Mgr Marie Fabien Raharilamboniaina, as Apostolic Admnistrator sede vacante et ad nutum Sanctae Sedis of the same Diocese.
