Many women suffer from pain during menstruation, and many also experience this problem before and after menstruation. Menstruating women have a uterus with reproductive organs. A menstrual cycle begins with the onset of menstruation and ends with the next menstruation; during this time, the uterus gradually develops and from this point onwards, blood flows when menstruation arrives, especially when there is no pregnancy. The uterus contracts and tightens as it releases blood, causing pain...
