Victoire Rasoamanarivo illustrates in particular the place of the laity in the Catholic Church in Madagascar. She put the energy she drew from faith and prayer at the service of all. During the absence of the missionaries, she committed herself to helping Catholic Christians, in active collaboration with Brother Rafiringa, to live the faith and to move in unity.

"I would like to be a priest who is available, who loves to pray and sanctify the people of God," says Brother Rasolomanana Mamory, one of the 18 deacons who are ordained on 31 October 2020 in the Archdiocese of Antananarivo.
