Here again, we are before the manifestation of the true nature of Christ. Saint Mark told us that God is compassionate toward his people. The heart of Christ is really of flesh, not stone, it is the heart of God who cannot remain indifferent to the suffering of others.

"Jesus saw the vast crowd. His heart was moved with pity for them, for they were like sheep without a shepherd". He orders his disciples to feed the crowd. It is He who makes the gestures, the first step towards His own to preserve them from suffering and insufficiency. He materializes this intention by multiplying the bread. For Christ, this is by no means a magic trick or a marvellous tale, but the manifestation of his nature: compassionate, considerate, saviour and redeemer.

The mission of Christ is not only spiritual, but it was also the human in its entirety that He came to save. He came to cure the human to "all kind of disease and sickness". He has the power. so, let's know how to accept love and the redemption which he graciously offers for us.
